No, there is no tacit agreement for the automatic renewal of my subscription: the duration of your subscription is the one you choose when purchasing your subscription

Can I extend an on-going subscription? And reactivate a subscription after it is ended?
Yes in both case: you can choose to extend your subscription by making a new purchase to renew your pro account, either before the end of the on-going subscription or after it is ended to reactivate it.
Can I upgrade to pro account an already created questionnaire?
Yes, your questionnaire created in free mode will benefit of the functionnalities of your pro account.
To do so, the email address of your pro account must be the same as the one attached to your questionnaires.
Can we manage access rights between several pro accounts?
Yes, it is possible to give access tto the questionnaires of a pro account to another pro account (who will see them in its questionnaires portfolio). To set up this access rights sharing, contact us by email to the address contact@askabox.com
Can I pay without a Paypal account?
Yes, you can pay with bank card on the Paypal platform to which you are redirected, without creating a Paypal account.
