EWUB Survey - Annual Performance Appraisal - 2016

Dear Colleagues,

We are conducting a survey linked to your experience of the last Annual Performance Appraisal process.
Your opinion is important and we would like to take it into account in order to improve this process.

Please note that your responses to the questionnaire are completely anonymous, we will not be able to attribute responses to any individual.
We have chosen this approach to ensure that you feel confident and able to give honest feedback, good or bad. This will guide us in identifying areas to focus.

When grades are from 1 to 10, 1 is the least positive and 10 is the most positive.
