#1 - My questionnaire has closed or expired. What should I do?
There is by default a limitation to the questionnaires duration.
By default, a questionnaire is open to answers during 2 months after the questionnaire creation, and the results are available during 3 months after the questionnaire creation.
You can increase these durations by creating a pro account.

#2 - I have lost my codes or I have not received them. What should I do?
After having created a questionnaire, the codes are displayed on the site and you receive 2 e-mails:
- 1 to transfer to the recipients with the link and the answer code
-1 for you with the administration code to modify the questionnaire and the results code to access to the questionnaire results.
It can happen that the mail with the codes does not reach your mail box.
In this case, please check in your SPAM folder that the e-mail is not there.

#3 - Some answers are not displayed. What should I do?
You can refresh the results by clicking on the button "Refresh" (between the buttons "Export" et "Other questionnaire")
#4 - How to delete answers on my questionnaire?
You can delete an answerer and all his answers at this link : www.askabox.com/delete-answers.php by entering your questionnaire code and your administration code, and then selecting for which answerer(s) you want to delete the answers.
