2018 RC FRANCE SURVEY

We, the RC team in France, manage one of the largest RC portfolio's in the Zurich Network.
In 2017 we issued more than 1100 policies that are part of International Program solutions for customers.
During 2017 we went through a lot of change in both staff and structure of the team.
With this survey we want to find out how our service is perceived by YOU, our CUSTOMERS, and we want to learn where we can improve, in order to even better support growth and customer retention. We also would like to understand if you already see improvements in how we handle your business compared to 2017.

The questions are related to the main areas

Each question can remain unanswered (n.a.) in those cases, where a question does not apply to you. Example: If you never communicate via email with the RC France, the question about email communication does not apply to you.

To each question bank you will be able to provide open-ended feedback per RC Manager. At the end of the survey, you will be able to provide overall open-ended feedback.

The survey is anonymus, unsless you want to share your name voluntary. However, we will ask you to provide some information about you (identifiers), because this will help us to make the right conclusions.

You can share the survey link with colleagues. Once started, you have to complete the survey from the same computer.
