In the last 1,5 years, VGM worked in the differentiation project on sharpening our brands’ positioning, defining clear brand identities in a consistent format (brand maps) and differentiation guidelines for the core touch points (communication, service, pricing '& product). VGM team has already performed the first three ones and is asking support to Program Management to perform the product part. As you may already know we don't start from scratch as a guideline to ease product differentiation has already been realized by BO team in 2013. Objective of this survey is to give the opportunity to adjust it (according to new brand identities) '& improve it (by knowing your feedback about your experience of the guideline).
