[COOS/ORG] Project Document Management - Questionnaire

Dear all,

As previously communicated by our management, an initiative has been kicked off in order to improve project document management within our department and brand COOS/ORG identity.

These objectives will be achieved through:
1. The setup of a unique and central project documentation storage to facilitate collaboration
2. The design of a dedicated set of templates to harmonize deliverables format
3. The implementation of a light workflow that will allow all stakeholders to sign off on key deliverable
4. The definition of project closure criteria

By reaching these objectives, the outlines and expectations of the missions will be clearer; deliverables will be standardized and previous projects documentation will be easily retrievable.

Prior to the workshops that will be held in September 2018, it would be very helpful if you could fill this questionnaire.

The outputs of the questionnaire will be presented to you during the workshops and will help us to collect your expectations about this initiative.

Thank you for your help.

Regards,

Paul-Henri VINSONNEAU
