7 Topics for Continuous Improvement

After a period dedicated to the creation of One GPC, we are now going to focus on Continuous Improvement. We would like you to give your opinion about our current performance and make improvement suggestions to increase our competitiveness and win more work. At Subsea 7, we already had several Continuous Improvement initiatives which have contributed to our current ways of working. The most recent as ESSA and Lean Engineering allowed us to develop methods and tools which make us more efficient. The intention is to continue this improvement process at a sustainable pace. Your feedback will be very valuable to get an update of your views and ideas for new initiatives.
