NMB Work Climate Survey 2019

This survey was adapted from the SAC work climate survey. It was already run in BMA and NEP.

For this survey to benefit to the group, it would be very useful if everybody could make suggestions on how the work climate in NMB could be improved. A field has been inserted after each question to allow you to comments/suggest ways of improvement.

Note: All the questions related to harassment have been taken out from the survey as we felt our groups are too small to guaranty anonymity on this sensitive question. If you feel you have been harassed, please do not hesitate to contact HRO , the staff physician or the SAC.
