All driver dispatched for loading found with no loading reference or loading instructions will be systematically refused loading. The responsibility to inform your drivers and those of your subcontractors of such information is your sole responsibility.
Your vehicules ADR equipments will be systematically checked and a check-made for all loading above the limits imposed by the 1.1.3.6. Any non-compliance to those rules or failure of this check-list will systematically deny the vehicule for loading and a copy of the check-list will be forwarded to the recipient.
In the event we record more than three instances of non-compliance, we will be forced to reconsider our collaboration with your company.
