Shall we agree on NAR salary proposal?

Dear CDG Crew, as announced a few days ago on our member’s only facebook group, we are initiating a poll to have your decision on wether or not we should sign Norwegian’s proposal regarding the salary scale (and salary only).??
Your UNAC Team has always worked for the well-being of the cabin crew on the base and today, we NEED YOU, UNAC members, to express your opinion, nice or not, about this proposal, that could brighten your life at work, but also at home….

The current proposal from the company is the following :
- Increase of the per diem from 45€ to 48,84€ (net)
- Reincorporation of the flight allowance 55€ (gross)
- Incorporation of a SBY/MIS payment : 15€ (gross)

We are still aiming to improve this proposal but if your wish is to agree on it as it is, we will follow your lead and accept it.??
