QUESTIONNAIRE ON TRAYS

The goal of the Task Force I am part of as the referent for Mkt Dpt is to define the new type of tray that Clariance will use in the future to store and handle its implants and instruments.
The objective of this survey is to familiarize myself with the life cycle of our trays in hospitals in the US as a loaner or a consignment set and to use your experience in the field as a resource.
The new tray will be as modular as possible, meaning that we will have all possible items (lids, base, handles,….) in common for all product ranges to reduce cost and facilitate post-sale service. The identification component of the tray (Idys-ALIF, Idys-PLIF, etc.) will be removable and interchangeable when needed and will include all necessary info needed for identification and traceability in the OR as well as in our logistical system.
Please use the boxes following each question to add any details you think would help to better understand your answer.
