For the full papers submission, what do you prefer: 1/ submitting as planned the papers at the end of 2020 or 2/ gathering 2020 and 2021 contributions in one special issue. Submissions will open, in that case, in early 2021 with the hope of submitting all full papers before the conference in May 2021.
