ESS priority survey.

The ESS action plan of last year included nearly all suggestions made by all respondents. This method did not always give the results that were expected and hoped.

As announced in the presentation of the Employee Satisfaction Survey of February 26., the action plan will now focus on a small number of items but that are supported by most of you, aiming more concentrated actions and more visibility.

In order to define which are the main items for you, you are all invited to fill in this short survey.

In a first stage, based on the results of the ESS we made a short list of:

- a first set of 8 items that can increase your satisfaction level and that UCI has a direct impact on

- a second set of 4 items that can increase your satisfaction level but that UCI has not a direct impact on

The survey asks you to place each set of items in order of your priority.

Remark: in “Pseudonym” you can fill in your name or an x for anonymity reasons, but the field should be filled in anyhow.

The results of the survey will be processed by Isabelle (thanks for her help) and will be communicated to you all.

In a second stage, UCI management will focus on the 4 best scoring items of the first set of items and discuss with CM management the results of the second set of items.

May we ask you to fill in the survey at the latest by March 18 ?

Thanks a lot for your cooperation.

Peter.
