LAKE SHORE PARK WIFI SYSTEM INFORMATION '& QUESTIONNAIRE

We (Roger Callaert '& Kurt Lewis) have been researching the possibility of providing inexpensive internet service to the residents of Lake Shore Park. We have concluded our investigation and propose the following basic information and ask you to indicate your interest in our proposal. Additional information can be found on the Lake Shore Park web site at lakeshorepark.simdif.com.
This questionnaire will help us determine how much equipment will be needed for the initial installation and where users are located within the park. Please fill in this form and save it below in order to send it before Friday Nov 20. Thank you.

In order to have a strong signal, a small antenna must be fixed on the top of each unit. That means a one time cost of $290US. The service costs $7US/month, but only during the months you are in the park.
