QUESTIONNAIRE ON IP LITIGATION DATABASE

As agreed during our last call, we would like to investigate on the possibility to subscribe to a common IP litigation database for all IP counsels of the Group. “IP litigation” should be construed widely to cover all litigations managed by the IP lawyers in their entity, ie pre-litigation cases (cease and desist letter) and active litigation cases relating to inter alia infringement, counterfeit, parallel import, contractual disputes. For the sake of clarity, all administrative disputes managed by the GIPH on behalf of the Brand Cos (including the opposition matters) shall be excluded from the perimeter of IP Litigation.

To better understand your needs and move forward in the best direction, we have established the attached survey / questionnaire.
